For one portion, mix 45 g of powder with 145 ml of water or milk (1.5% fat) and stir to form a smooth dough. Fry the dough in a pan or waffle iron until golden brown.

Tip

You can use Designer Flavor Powder to sweeten and refine the dough as desired. Please note that this changes the nutritional values.

Keep in mind

For optimal support, consume 1.5 g to 2 g of protein per kg of body weight daily.
